Empowering women. Inspiring lifestyle. Driving impact. Slay Collective is where ambitious women gather, mentor, celebrate, and build — together.
Our Concept
Every mark we make is unfinished on purpose. The ring never closes — because the Collective never stops gathering. Where the gold breaks, dust trails off: proof that someone new just walked in.
Slay Collective started as five women trading notes over a shared spreadsheet and a much-forwarded group chat. Five years on, it's a standing table for thousands — a place to compare notes on raises, rituals, board seats, and burnout, without pretending to have it all figured out.
What We Stand For
Mentorship circles, negotiation clinics, and a rolodex of women who'll take your call. We close the gaps that credentials alone don't.
See the programsRetreats, supper clubs, and a running edit of what's worth your time — from the wellness rituals to the wardrobe. Lifestyle as a form of self-respect.
Read the EditMicro-grants, scholarship funds, and volunteer sprints chosen and run by members. Every chapter gives back where it stands.

Dispatches from inside the Collective — career, capital, and the rituals that hold women's lives together.
What actually moved the number, in their own words.
MoneyInside the Collective
Small, matched groups that meet monthly for a full year — part accountability, part sisterhood.
A closed-door dinner series for members building companies, pairing newer founders with those a few years ahead.
Member-nominated micro-grants for causes chosen and vetted entirely within the Collective.
Off-calendar gatherings built for rest, not networking — though the networking happens anyway.
